The first step in the development process is a rigorous control of olive cultivation. The olive is picked from the tree at optimum ripeness level.
On the same day the olive oil mill goes into maintaining all its properties. The first cold pressed juice extract olives, in other words, the oil of the extra virgin.
Is an oil with low natural acidity, golden reflections and a soft fruity, natural and healthy flavour.
The packaging is done in a plant that has a tasting room and specially designed as centres of analysis and quality assurance laboratories oils.

la botellita es muy chula y el aceite no es barato ni pretende serlo porque se nota que es bueno y nada que ver con el aguachirri de los supers
