Red pepper (500 g)
Ripe red peppers are an excellent source of vitamin C that excels citrus fruits like grapefruits, lemons or the same orange being one of the world's plants with more of this vitamin. It is therefore a detoxifying food of great importance.
This red pepper has a sweet taste, a velvety texture and a bright colour tone. The red pepper is green one but ripe. They become red once ripen and have more vitamins than green peppers. It differs from green and other variants because of its much sweeter taste.
