The Serrana variety of Espadán is an olive-shaped ovoid, pointed apex without nipple, fine pulp, average size and slightly bitter taste.
It is made by hand in the prime land between the mountains of Calderona and Mariola without using additives, therefore in a total natural way./p>
This pate is especially suitable for salads, appetizers, pizzas, pastas, sauces etc..

...Abres el tarrito y es como entrar en una almazara, olor y sabor intenso, pura oliva. Estupendo para complementar aperitivos ...yo particularmente lo unto directamente en el pan y pa' dentro.
