Thyme honey 1 kg
This thyme honey is harvested at the end of May in the same places as the rosemary honey or also in July in the Sierra de los Filabres in Almeria (Spain).
It has an intense and persistent aroma. As for its taste is not a honey that is clearly soft but does not have a strong flavour either.
It is a honey that helps in the digestion of food and also prevents diseases thanks to its antiseptic properties. It is therefore a suitable honey to prevent colds, angina, bronchitis, influenza etc.
It is also worth mentioning its high iron content that helps in diseases with lack of this mineral such as anaemia.
It is highly recommended to use in infusions after meals to prevent or ameliorate some of the ailments cited.
It helps in digestion and acts as a preventive in several infections.
