Apricot jam (400 g)
This jam is made when the fruits are at their right point of maturity.
Once washed the fruits are split and boned to be slightly crushed.
Apricots have few carbohydrates and enough fiber. They also contain provitamin A and vitamin C and beta carotene. Among its minerals is potassium, calcium and magnesium.
